Fusion Smoke at Chalet Berezka is a Russian restaurant in Dubai (Palm Jumeirah), $$$; open Mon–Sun 20:00–03:00.
Palm Jumeirah rooftop hookah lounge with a wide flavour selection and late-night energy. Fusion Smoke runs the shisha lounge within Chalet Berezka on the Nakheel Mall rooftop on Palm Jumeirah. Reviewers praise the cloudy, long-lasting shisha and the wide flavour range, and service reviews are mixed. The lounge suits a shisha night or a late drink rather than a quiet dinner.
